Neue Generation

The six images of the “Neue Generation” are generated (text-to-image) with the early 1.5 model of Stable-Diffusion. The prompt that leads to these images includes my personal biographical data, preferred camera techniques and affiliation with ato.

The resulting archive is infinite. The images are selected on the basis of formal criteria. In terms of content, they are reminiscent of street photography and only at second glance do they seem to subtly question the photographic classification “this is how it was”. Fragment-like, as a collage, the images are reassembled and abandon the photographic attribution to place and time. Exhibited in light boxes in shop windows, they correlate with the advertising and fashion industry and question our viewing habits.
